We recently had an excellent home buying experience with Sally and cannot say enough good things about her. We were coming from California for a job and the real estate market in Colorado was crazy and competitive. We weren’t even able to see most of the listings before they were under contract! But Sally did a remarkable job making the process as easy and stress-free as possible. She narrowed down listings for us even though we had a thousand “wants” and helped us aggressively pursue the places we wanted. She was very patient with offering us advice on a market we knew very little about and helping us navigate the entire process. And then once we were under contract she worked tirelessly to make sure everything went to plan. Again, since we weren’t in town, she met with the inspectors and made sure we got appropriate credits for fixes. It was a somewhat complicated deal (rent backs, required fixes, etc) and she made sure every last detail was perfect. She is an impressive professional with a wealth of knowledge and energy. She’s polite, kind, and funny so she’s just a joy to work with on a personal level. She will also “give it to you straight” which I really appreciate. She will be honest and let you know when you’re being unrealistic so you don’t waste time, but she’ll also do everything in her power to get you what you want in a home. Like I said, we cannot say enough good things. I would not hesitate to use her on any future home or investment purchases and I would highly recommend her to anyone. Sally is the best!
